Sanrei Style HOPPY
Sanrei ("3 chilled") style requires chilled HOPPY, a chilled glass and chilled shochu.
1. Prepare Frosted Glass
2. Add Shochu first, then HOPPY second.
3. Best ratio is Shochu 1 : HOPPY 5
• Do not muddle it!
• Do not put ice!
Half & Half
You can mix HOPPY 330 and HOPPY BLACK 50/50. You can enjoy it as a non-alcohol beer or add Shochu for a nice buzz!
Hoppy can also be enjoyed as a cocktail. Experiment on your own with different spirits, liqueurs, and mixers!
